Speedy

Speedy

Speedy was adopted from us in early December.

But on Christmas Day, Speedy's family found him unable to move. Their vet was unavailable but through the shelter he was brought to the Jesup Vet Clinic for immediate care. He had suffered a major head injury and has made great improvement. He now is getting around, using his litter box, eating and drinking on his own and cleaning himself. Unfortunately due to the amount of swelling in his brain he did loose his vision but, this time he can at least see shadows which is a huge improvement. . Due to his special needs, his adoptive family has surrendered him back to the shelter since they have such a busy house . This was not a easy decision to make but they wanted what was best for him. Speedy is now back at the shelter. We will give him the loving care he needs until a special family can be found that can meet his needs.

Speedy is up to date on shots, neutered and immunodeficiency and feline leukemia negative.

Please feel free to stop in and see Speedy.

If you are interested in adopting him please fill out an application, Speedy will need a special home with lots of love.

Beau

Beau was found with Tux in a shed in need of medical care. He was surrendered with a severe respiratory infection. On top of that he is missing the protective covering over his foot pads on 3 of his 4 feet. Because of this it is very painful and hard for him to walk. With time he should make a full recovery. We know it will be a while before he is ready for a forever home.

Even with all Beau has been through, he is a sweet cat and just wants love and attention.

Beau is up to date on shots, spayed and immunodeficiency and feline leukemia negative.

His adoption fee is $50
